Dataform runs on any Android device (phones and tablets). You can download the app from Google Play and register using the app or if you already have a Dataform account, created on the website then simply enter your login details. With the Dataform app for Android you can log in your account, view your forms (My Forms), access form submissions (History) and submit unlimited number of forms (New Form).
